Age-appropriate swings, tunnels and walkways allow smaller children to play freely in a large space designated for their use. In the older children's area, they can enjoy elaborate wooden walkways and fort structures that encompass bridges, slides, swings, obstacle courses, and other imaginative options for play.
Water fountains are right outside the park entrance, and public restrooms are in a small building next to West Castillo Drive, within an easy walk of the park.
The two areas of SWING are oriented to different age groups: toddlers and infants have their own playground with a sandbox, play trolley, and boat.
