Year round sports training and competition for children and adults 8 years of age and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

St. Johns PAL offers Cheerleading, Football, Basketball, and Baseball/Softball to the boys and girls of St. Johns County.

Youth Basketball League for boys and girls ages 9-14.

Many programs including Development Programs, Private Lessons,  Shooting School, Sports Camp, Beaches Basketball League and Summer Basketball Camp.

The YMCA offers a variety of youth sports programs at multiple locations.
