Full Description

Junior Development Cheerleading - St. Johns County Girls ages 6-14 as of September 1st. Registration held in April. The program runs from August–November.

  • Junior Development Cheer is a recreational, non-traveling cheer program focused on Safety, Fun and Learning the Fundamentals of Cheer. The program runs from August – November each year.

Junior Development League (JDL) Football & Middle School Football - St. Johns County Boys ages 7-14 as of September 1st. Registration held in April.  The program runs from August-November.

  • Junior Development League Football - Boys grades 2-6. Junior Development League is recreational, tackle football program focused on Safety, Fun & Player Development. Players are grouped into four divisions based on Age, Weight & Ability. 
  • Middle School Football – will include 6th-8th grade boys (some 6th/7th graders could be assigned to JDL division 4). There will be four (4) teams, made up of 18 players each. Players will remain on this team for the season and wins/losses will be kept in the standings. At the end of the season there will be playoffs, with the final two teams meeting for the PAL Middle School Football Championship in the All-Starz Bowl. The JDL principles will still apply, same quality coaching, same practice days, same guaranteed fun and playing time.

Winter League Flag Football - Co-ed league for boys and girls ages 5-14 as of September 1st. Registration held in September.  The program runs from December-February.

  • PAL Flag Football is competitive 5 on 5 and focuses on Safety, Fun and Sportsmanship.  Teams will have 8-10 players to maximize playing opportunity.
