COVID-19: Things To Do, Virtual Classes, and Resources to Stay Safe and Informed
Taekwondo is an exciting martial art that combines a variety of kicks, strikes, and blocks into a dynamic system of sport, self-defense, and fun. More importantly, taekwondo is an activity that reinforces positive characteristics to assist individuals to become better citizens of the community.
Through regular training, participants develop and learn the value of self-confidence, self-control, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, and indomitable spirit. Master Frederick Vescera brings a lot of experience and energy having taught all ages from 3-75 years old while embodying the 5 tenets of Taekwondo.
Taekwondo Uniform Requirement
• Taekwondo Uniforms (Dobok) will be required. Master Freddy will reach out to registered participants about uniform requirements. The estimated uniform cost $30.
Taekwondo Belt Requirement
• Master Freddy will consult the class for who is eligible for belt testing ($40.00)

Class Size: 4 Minimum / 15 Maximum (per age group)
Session 1: March 11, 15, 18, 22, 25, 29, April 1, 5
Session 2: April 12, 15, 19, 22, 26, 29, May 3, 6
Session 3: May 13, 20, 24, 27, June 3, 7, 10, 17 (no class May 17 or May 31)
