Live help is available seven days a week, nine hours a day, from 2 – 11 p.m. EST. Users can ask questions in the Question Center, use study tools, take practice tests, find resume tips and more 24/7. You may access HelpNow and JobNow through jaxpubliclibrary.org. A free mobile app is available from the Apple and Google Play stores.
