UPWARD BASKETBALL & CHEERLEADING

Upward Basketball is for children in Kindergarten–8th grades (separate boys and girls leagues).
Upward Cheerleading is for girls in Kindergarten–6th grade.
Register in late September. Practice begins in December and first game in January.

UPWARD FLAG FOOTBALL & CHEERLEADING

Upward Flag Football is for children in Kindergarten-8th grade.
Upward Cheerleading is for girls in Kindergarten-6th grade.
Season runs from September through mid-November.
