Mondays and Thursdays 5pm for Ages 7-12 and 6 pm Ages 13+ & Saturdays 9AM for Ages 7-12 and 10 AM for 13+
Ninja Warrior Class and Parkour Course open to children ages 6 - 12 years old.
Trampoline Fitness classes are offered on a walk-in basis, open to adults and children.

Kidding around Yoga
Yoga for Kids class on Tuesdays from 3:45pm - 4:30pm.
This Parkour inspired class incorporates gymnastics and obstacle course training.
DT Kidz is a fun dance fitness program for kids 8-12 Years Old. Kids learn to dance in a fun and non-threatening environment that is typical of the Dance Trance program.

Free Parent Academy courses are offered in schools, libraries, community centers and faith-based institutions.
The Zoo has multiple programs for little ones 0 - 5 years old with a caregiver.
Rock climbing classes and youth programs available. It also hosts birthday parties and home school groups.
The focus is on fitness to help reduce obesity in the kids today along with character education to build self-esteem and respect.
