River City Unschoolers is a group of unschooling families or anyone interested in living the unschooling lifestyle.
The group exists to provide support and friendship for those that are interested in child led learning. We believe in trust, respect, kindness and unconditional love toward our children.
RCU is a secular group and accepting to all families who strive to apply peaceful, non traditional parenting methods and Unschooling philosophy to all areas of their lives. They believe learning happens all the time and do not engage in coercive parenting or coercive use of curriculum with their kids. Members are seeking fun, friendly, active group of unschooling families to form a community with. Members are positive, open-minded, non-judgmental and are seeking other like-minded parents and kids for fun and social time.
