The Life Change Family Services program provides prevention services to at risk youth.
The youth served by The Life Change Family Services reside in what has been identified as Jacksonville’s highest crime (zip code) areas involving juvenile crime. Issues range from truancy, being socially maladjusted to abuse and neglect. Through partnership with the Department of Juvenile Justice and the Florida Network of Youth & Family Services, they are able to touch the lives of our most troubled youth and their families.
