LEAGUE INFO & FORMAT: Season is 8 weeks long, including a Meet 'n Greet (questiomaire session). Sessions run 55 minutes and will be composed of instruction followed by organized scrimmage games after week 4. 5&6 year olds (N Zone Jr) will spend a majority of their sessions learning instructional drills to increase confidence and fundamentals. 7 & up will spend half of their time learning drills and half playing in games. All practices & games take place on Sundays. No week day practices will be required! Older Kids will have the opportunity to play Coach Pitch if fundamental skills are already present.

There is no umpire and game scores and team records are not kept.

COACHES: N Zone will provide 4 coaches per game. Parent participation is highly recommended.
It is very important that we have parent envolvement early. The best way to know our players is by their parents. There will be a Meet & Greet where a questionaire will be given with basic behavior questions for our coaches.

INSTRUCTIONAL: For the first 4 weeks of the season, players will participate in organized practice sessions during their scheduled game time. N Zone staff members will work along side coaches during these practices.

ROSTERS: Team rosters are determined by age, friend and coach requests, skill level, verbal skills and registration date. All requests must come from the parent/guardian and not a coach. We will work very hard to meet your special request. While we strive to grant player requests, they are not guaranteed.  Refunds are granted on a case by case basis.

JERSEYS & EQUIPMENT: Each player is provided with an official N Zone Sports jersey. Players are responsible for using their own glove. Additionally, all bats, helmets and related field equipment will be provided. Players may wear pants or shorts of any kind, but we recommend baseball pants. Baseball cleats are not required but recommended.

SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD: Each participant will receive a post-season participation medal along with a weekly values award that is earned during the season based on demonstrating our core sportsmanship values. Both are included in the registration fee.
