Full Description

Strong Mom Fitness was started to help Mothers lead a healthy and fit lifestyle and set a good example for their children.  Classes are a combination of bootcamp and HIIT (High intensity Interval Training) style designed to achieve a total body workout and to continue to burn calories throughout the day. All skill levels are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat or towel, a set of neoprene covered weights (5-8 lbs), and water. Kids are welcome but not required.  Held at locations throughout the beaches area.
