Full Description

The St. Augustine Pirate & Treasure Museum offers an exciting and educational museum experience that transports you and your family back in time over 300 years to Port Royal, Jamaica, at the height of the Golden Age of Piracy.

In addition to our world-class museum, the property boasts a scenic outdoor courtyard and a large deck that overlooks the historic Matanzas River and the magnificent Castillo de San Marcos, the 17th Spanish fort located directly across the street on the bayfront.

The museum spans about 5,000 sq. ft. with a 1,300-sq.-ft. courtyard and an approx. 500-sq.-ft. upper deck. There are several event packages to choose from that also include museum access, with a range of costs. Their event coordinator can provide all options upon request.

Birthday Parties
Choose from 4 different party packages to celebrate the big day!
Your private pirate crew will have its own Pirate Crew Captain for a mysterious treasure hunt in search of the only pirate treasure chest left in the world. They’ll look for clues secreted away in Discovery Drawers hidden throughout the museum and they’ll participate in all of the fun immersive and interactive experiences along the way. At the journey’s end, each crew member will be rewarded upon discovery of the chest with a bag of booty, chock full of secret treasures, and birthday treats.

Open 10 am to 7 pm daily.
