Sankofa Homeschool Parent Extension Program is a hybrid-homeschooling program that meets two days a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays. We provide academic, cultural, and enrichment clases such as photography, spoken word poetry, African dance and drum, Capoeira Ngola, Microsoft Office 2013, yoga, and so much more! SHPEP believes that by providing students the opportunity to learn within an environment that celebrates them, their history and thier culture, that students will be learn and reach their full poential. SHPEP seeks to enrich the homeschooling experience of African American homeschoolers and homeschoolers of color, by providing learnin opportunities lacking within our homeschooling community. SHPEP also provides parental support by partnering with parents and qualified instructors.
