Take your non-mobile baby with you to a class specifically for the needs of a post birth mommy. This class, for both vaginal and cesarean birth moms and babies, will address Diastasis closure and pelvic floor dysfunction and a host of other postpartum topics. The goal is to safely return to the fitness world that you love! These classes are held at Bay and Bee.
