Fundraising Night
Panera will donate a percentage (as outlined below) of net food and beverage sales generated by the supporters, families and friends of your organization on the specified evening to help your organization. A printed flyer or an electronic version of the flyer on a phone or tablet must be presented upon ordering. The number of flyers received by Panera determines the donation rate as shown below. Note: A minimum of 20 flyers is required for a donation to be made. Go here to register.
1-19 flyers = 0%
20-30 flyers = 10%
31-49 flyers = 15%
50+ flyers = 20%
Additional Fundraising Opportunities
If you have a non-education related organization, or there is not a bakery-cafe nearby participating in fundraising nights, there are additional opportunities for Panera to support your organization. Panera is proud to participate in the Scrip fundraising program, helping non-profit organizations raise money. This popular fundraising program invites non-profit organizations to pre-purchase $10 Panera Cards at a 9% discounted rate, and then re-sell the Panera Cards at full price.
