Netball is a fast paced sport including running, jumping, catching and throwing.
Netball is a fast paced sport including running, jumping, catching and throwing. Although the sport is similiar to basketball, team includes seven players, the ball changes every 3 seconds before advancement. The ball and net are slightly smaller than in basketball. There are no backboards and players are assigned a specific court areas.
Non- Discriminatory: Not age, weight, nor sex restricted. Ages range from 5-45 and older.
Increases Motor Skills: Eyes, hands, and feet coordination.
