For children with mild to moderate developmental disabilities. Transition Two-Track Program prepares older students to become contributing members of our community through vocational and academic studies.
Programs, with classes serving students from age 6 - 22 years of age, include academics, social skills instruction, speech and language, occupational therapy, vocational training, physical therapy, independent living instruction, job placement services, and community service projects, working as volunteers for other non-profit agencies. Programs are delivered through an integrated team approach involving the teacher, teaching assistant, speech, physical, occupational, behavioral and social skills staff.
