Full Description

Dec. 19 - 23, 2022 and Jan. 2 - 3, 2023, 8am - 4pm

The career camps focus on a variety of job exploration, work readiness, and self-advocacy skills. We discuss multiple topics which include finding job postings, completing an application, interviewing, on the job etiquette, and communicating with others in the workplace.

These camps are free to participants, but they do require a referral from your VR counselor.

Our team would be happy to provide additional assistance in helping you navigate the enrollment process. We can be reached at 904.346.5100 or HopeHavenWorks@hope-haven.org.

Dec. 19 - 23, 2022, and Jan. 2 - 3, 2023

Winter Days of Hope sessions, Monday-Thursday 7:30am. to 7pm, Friday 7:30am. to 6pm.

For ages 3–22, with physical and/or developmental disabilities.

Campers enrolled in Winter Days of Hope benefit from activities including:

  • ·         Music therapy
  • ·         Daily theme-based art projects, outdoor play, and more!

Our specialized approach focuses on a student’s abilities, not their diagnoses. We support social and emotional well-being and growth, and provide a structured environment where kids thrive! Siblings are welcome to sign up, too. Campers are grouped by age, maturity and need.

Camp Hope maintains a 1:5 teacher/student ratio. All program costs are included in a daily fee of $90 and no registration fees apply. Call for financial assistance information: 904.346.5100.

Call to register at 904.346.5100, or email Brittany Beavers.
