The Dash girls Lacrosse summer programs will be open to girls in grades K-12. They provide practices that will focus on the fundamentals of lacrosse: throwing, catching, shooting, and field play. Each player will gain experience in all positions. Equipment needed: mouth guard, girls’ lacrosse stick, and goggles. The intermediate and advanced groups are for players who have played at the middle or high school level. This will focus on further developing specific lacrosse skills, team strategies, agility, and speed. Players will be able to get individual instruction on their specific position, as well as guidance on the recruiting process. It will be run by Division 1 players from Florida, Jacksonville University, and Presbyterian College and more.
