COVID-19: Things To Do, Virtual Classes, and Resources to Stay Safe and Informed
June 14 – July 2, & July 12 – 30 (Monday – Friday) *Camp is closed the week of July 4th.*
9:00AM – 1:00PM (no extended day is offered during youth camp)
Bridge of Life Church (96 Masters Dr., St. Augustine 32084)
6th – 12th grades only. At this time, this does not include those who deferred and still attend school after 12th grade.
Their Camp’s mission is to provide educational and recreational summer services to youth with special needs in a fun and safe environment. They recognize our youth are at a point in their lives when it’s critical they learn life skills as they get ready to transition into adulthood. Life skills should be worked on throughout middle & high school.
They will combine activities of daily living with fun & creativity. We will help our campers continue learning throughout the summer and expand on their skills like math, social studies, science, reading, & writing – all through our life activities. Activities include cooking, wacky science experiments, music, projects, acting/role playing, etc.
There will be multiple trips into the community to learn how to shop, express preferences, self-advocate, socially interact with others, manage money, and more…all while having a great time (they won’t even realize it’s work!) With that said, you should only consider this camp if your youth is able to participate in these community outings.
$175/session or $50/day
Financial aid is available for those who qualify. Due to the limited scholarships, this is on a first come first served basis. Email us for the scholarship application.
*When registering, you will need to submit a $25 deposit for each week you’re registering to secure your camper’s spot. The $25 is then deducted from the total cost of each session attended. For example, the MVP’s standard session is $175 and you make the $25 deposit. On the first day of the camp week, you will only be responsible for the remaining $150 for that session. Your camper’s spot is not secured until the deposit is made. To submit the deposit, go to our Paypal page. Thank you!
REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 15. Initial registration is done online. We will provide a link to register at that time. Once you’ve registered, then go to the FORMS page for all the forms related to registering your camper. You will want to secure your camper’s spot early because openings are limited.
