Full Description

Enjoy an evening of free adoptions at Jacksonville’s Seawalk Pavilion. Come “Fall” in love with the adoptable dogs all while shopping and exploring over 35 local vendors and food trucks. All pets are altered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption. Additional fees such as the city licensing fee may apply.  Whiskers & Waves is a free public event. If bringing your pet, all dogs must be leashed.
