Sur la Table hosts Fresh Pastas For Summer. Attendees will practice mixing and shaping pasta dough, cutting linguine noodles and pinching farfalle to create the classic bow-tie shape. Each pasta will be paired with a summer-inspired sauce. The menu will be rounded out with a Nectarine and Arugula Salad. Cost is $89 each. Class is for ages 14 and up. A paying adult must accompany ages 17 & under.
