The chef will share tips for perfectly searing scallops, teach you how to make parmesan herb crusted salmon with a wild mushroom risotto and asparagus, and finish the evening with a crème bruleè. Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience for ages 21 and up. Registration is $75 per person.
