Journey to the Benchmarks for Excellent Student Thinking

Full Description

This course will introduce the new Florida B.E.S.T. Standards for Mathematics. Participants will learn about the design, intent, and focus of the new standards, including the changes in progression for fluency, automaticity, and content through the updated benchmarks. The Parent Academy of Duval County Public Schools is a free family resource that promotes parental involvement, enhances student achievement, and supports a caregiver's need for personal and individual growth.
