COVID-19: Things To Do, Virtual Classes, and Resources to Stay Safe and Informed
Julia Child is one of the most beloved culinarians of our time. Chefs and home-cooks alike have drawn inspiration from her over the years. Join an instructor in the studio for an evening of cooking some of Julia’s most loved dishes. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience. The menu features Gourgeres with Smoked Salmon Mousse, Poisson a la Grenobloise (pan fried fish with lemon caper sauce), Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce, Pommes Souffles (pan fried, puffed potatoes), and Decadent Chocolate Mousse. Cost is $65/person. This is an adult class.
