Taste of St. Augustine & Race to the Taste 5K

Full Description

The Taste of St. Augustine highlights the culinary heritage and culture of St. Johns County by showcasing new restaurants and established favorites. Sample local cuisine and learn about the area’s food culture.  As you pay your $5 admission (children admitted free and free parking), you will receive a map which indicates the participating restaurants, their location at the Taste and the dish(es) they are serving. $1 “Taste” tickets will be sold at the event to sample the restaurants food.  There will be a free children’s area that will include activities such as face painting and arts/crafts.  There will be a free shuttle running from RB Hunt Elementary School to the Amphitheatre. Parking will also be available at the Elks Lodge (just south of Amphitheatre).

The Race to the Taste 5K is a scenic run/walk that cuts through the historic Anastasia State Park and surrounding neighborhoods.  The 5K will start at 10:30am at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre.  Runners will enjoy free admission for two at The Taste of St. Augustine.  Registration is $35 to $40, and $15 for ages 6 to 15, and free for under 6.
