Adults are invited to enjoy eight weeks of yoga and learn various yoga skills through a combination of physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques. This program costs $35 and registration is required.  These techniques help increase flexibility, muscle strength, and reduce stress.  Participants must bring their own yoga mat, water bottle, and towel.
