Walkabouts ActivEd is making the Walkabouts platform available temporarily for free to any students forced to learn from home in response to the COVID-19 related school closings. Given these stressful and less than ideal circumstances, our team recognizes the importance of a resource for standards-based movement and physical activity. In addition to the general student logins being distributed by our team now, we are also offering significant accommodations and discounts to regions and districts who wish to license our platform at the enterprise level for their specific state standards.

The system was created by ActivEd, Inc., a company founded by Dr. Reed. ActivEd now includes a team of curriculum specialists, teachers, designers, and developers.
