The Museum of Science & History (MOSH) is hosting the third annual Jacksonville Mini Maker Faire on Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Maker Faire is the Greatest Show (and Tell) on Earth! This family friendly showcase of invention and ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness is a celebration of the Maker Movement sweeping across the world.
The Maker Faire is coming back to Jacksonville! The Museum of Science & History (MOSH) is hosting the third annual Jacksonville Mini Maker Faire on Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Maker Faire is the Greatest Show (and Tell) on Earth! This family friendly showcase of invention and ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness is a celebration of the Maker Movement sweeping across the world. It’s a place where people show what they are making and share what they are learning. It seeks to bring learning to life by sparking creativity in every citizen.
Makers range from engineers to artists to scientists to crafters to tech enthusiasts to garage tinkerers. They are of all ages and backgrounds. The aim of Maker Faire is to entertain, inform, connect and grow this community. Jacksonville Mini Maker Faire is a celebration of creativity and ingenuity in and around Jacksonville. It is an incredible showcase for imagination, invention and hands-on technical skills and a wonderful blend of art and science.
